Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team, who will be responsible for resolving technical issues for our users, ensuring system continuity, and contributing to infrastructure management.
The person in this position will handle hardware and software issues, monitor network infrastructure, and ensure the security of systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide solutions for end-user hardware and software requests
- Install and maintain computers, printers, and other peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and internet connectivity issues
- Monitor and maintain the continuity of server and system infrastructure
- Manage software licenses, devices, and IT inventory
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or system administration
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- For male candidates, completion of military service or at least 2 years of deferment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Palo Alto or similar firewall systems
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Exchange Server
- Experience in setting up and managing CCTV systems
- Experience with SCCM, WDS, Acronis, or similar systems
